Just thirty years ago women who used to read and illustrate comic books  were very rare. Female characters were for the most part,  only the girlfriends of the male protagonists.

Today the world of comics is changing. Rather, a lot has been changed.

Not only as the female readers are much more numerous compared to the past, but also because, on the other side of the drawing board, we can frequently find a woman who is creating comics.

A woman who, like all the other illustrators, creates female characters (also male) for cultural products designed for both sexes.  

The exhibition and the performance will allow you to look behind the scenes of this amazing work and admire women in their simplicity and absolute value. A small example against all form of violence, distant from any rhetoric and commonplace, in which women express themselves for what they are: authors of our favorite comics characters.
